The CICA Turkish Chairmanship expresses its heartfelt sorrow to Japan, a CICA Observer State, for the loss of lives and heavy damage occurred as a result of the massive earthquake and tsunami that hit the Northeast of the country on 11 March 2011. The Chairmanship is following with concern the incident relating to the nuclear power plant.
